Character creation is like distilling booze
From Ehzoterik
Author Rita Mae Brown compares creating characters to distilling liquor. She says we take bits and pieces of people and boil them down into a composite that becomes a character.
Lisa Angle, of Angle on Writing, has a 50 question worksheet to help develop or create your fictional characters. With questions that help cover everything from what they do and where they go to what they want and what might get in their way, Angle’s worksheet “will help you turn the characters in your story into living, breathing individuals.”
The worksheet is in PDF format, so you can just print it out and start jotting down your thoughts.

I thought this little .pdf was really neat, asks questions about your character you wouldn’t normally think of and lets you expand on them. I’ll probably fill it out for my main. :D (Though I may leave out a question or two I really don’t feel will help at all)
Maybe if people wanted they could do it too, and people could share and discuss, and even talk about ways to further flesh out your character?

Very fine ideas, Lydia.
